2023 Expedition Exterior
With its large size and bold styling, the Expedition continues to offer a stylish SUV to local drivers. This year, Rapid Red is no longer a paint option, being replaced by a striking Jewel Red Metallic. The Platinum model is now available in Iconic Silver, a color that was previously only available for the XL and XLT trims.
2023 Expedition Interior
The Timberline model of the Expedition goes through a few changes in 2023, including the addition of standard front- and second-row floor liners. Last year, this was a standalone option. Drivers can also choose to have a Black Onyx interior if they choose the Expedition Timberline for their adventures around Auburn.
2023 Expedition Performance
The new Expedition continues into 2023 with no major changes to the powertrain options. The 3.5-liter V6 engine remains standard, along with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This makes 380 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque when underneath the hood of the XL and XLT models.
Select versions of the Expedition use a fine-tuned version of this engine to create 400 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. The 2023 model of the Expedition Timberline does gain standard Trail one Pedal Drive, a feature that allows you to focus on navigating rough terrain around Kendallville and beyond.
